(b) Proximal and distal osteotomies.
(c) Simultaneous lengthening at each osteotomy site; middle clamp locked to rail, proximal and distal clamps moved in direction of the arrows.
Inset shows Micrometric Swivelling Clamp which can be used instead of a Straight Clamp at either end for adult applications.
Use of HA-coated screws is recommended.
